To buy a plot of land, simply select the desired plot. Choose from a 1 or 2-year contract and one of four payment options: daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly. No down payment or upfront payment is required. Then create an account on our website and once you accept the digital agreement, a copy will be sent to your email address. Make your first payment and your equated monthly instalments start immediately.
The transfer of title will be done after your instalment payments are completed. This is when we receive full payment for the land. Rest assured that all our plots are registered under Terrago, and additional documentation is available upon request.
Yes, you can purchase multiple plots under the same account on terragoug.com. Each plot will have a separate contract and payment plan.
Yes, each plot listed includes a drawing of the plot and the plot number, allowing you to make an informed choice. We include an accurate GPS marker, along with information about the nearest landmarks, availability of utilities, and more.
Absolutely! We offer FREE site visits on weekends. However, during weekdays, you can still visit the site if you bring your own vehicle or agree to pay for travel to and from the site, and a representative from TerraGo will accompany you.
Payments can be made using Airtel Money or MTN mobile money. We are working on launching credit card options soon, making it even more convenient for you to make payments.
